As an Associate Success Engineer at Salesforce, I played a key role in solving complex issues faced by clients by collaborating with their development teams to identify and resolve technical problems. I worked primarily on the Industry Cloud product line, providing backend support to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, I collaborated with the development team to design and implement test automation scripts, improving the bug resolution process and software quality. My role involved diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions for clients.
