As a QAE Intern at Amazon, I worked on enhancing software quality by developing and executing automated and manual test cases. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical defects, ensuring seamless user experiences. My role involved analyzing test results, optimizing test frameworks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the testing pipeline. Through this experience, I strengthened my problem-solving skills, gained hands-on expertise in test automation, and deepened my understanding of large-scale software development and deployment processes.
