As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern at Amazon, I contributed to delivering high quality software by designing and executing both automated and manual test cases across web and backend systems. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers to identify, triage, and resolve critical defects early in the release cycle, directly improving end-user experience and system reliability. I analyzed test results, optimized test coverage, and made enhancements to the existing test automation framework, which improved testing efficiency and reduced regression time.
